We have become disconnected from the source of our food.
Much of it is being produced in ways that involves soil degradation, animal cruelty and a heavy reliance on fossil fuels, as well as causing us to be unhealthy.
At Jubilee Food Hub we are seeking a transformed food system where relationships are central, soils and ecosystems are regenerated, and supply lines are resilient to the challenges of our modern world.
We want our customers to enjoy the tastiest, healthiest food possible, while also getting to know more about the people and places behind what they are eating, and to know it has been grown in ways that care for the whole creation.
