How It Works

How to Place an Order with us:

  1. First check that we deliver to your area: click on ‘Login/Join’ and enter your postcode. If your postcode is outside our delivery area, please get in touch as we may be able to add you to our route. We also have a collection point at our Pop Up Cafe on Thursdays between 8am-2pm.
  2. Set up your account. Complete the simple registration process and start shopping.
  3. Orders can be set up on a weekly or fortnightly basis or 'once' on a date of your choice. We are currently working on a monthly (4 weekly) option as well.
  4. By adding items to your basket you are placing an order - we do not take payment up front and payments are explained below. Any orders for a value below £15 will not be delivered.

Deliveries:

We will either deliver to you on a Wednesday or a Thursday depending on which area of Bristol you are in. When you join up and enter your postcode, you will discover which day you are on. As mentioned above, if your postcode is outside our delivery area, please get in touch because we may be able to add you to our route.

Payments:

  • BACS: You can pay by bank transfer to our account after delivery.  Following delivery to you on a Wednesday or Thursday, we will send you an email with the balance owed, and bank details for a bank transfer to our account. This will usually be sent on a Thursday or Friday.
  • Direct Debit: If you would like us to collect your payments by DD please set up a GoCardless mandate in the Payments area of your account. On this option, payment will only be taken after you receive your order and you will also be notified by GoCardless a few days before the funds are taken from your account.
